Removed Material may be restored by Mediterranean Savor under the DMCA counter notification procedures. We reserve the right to suspend or delete the account of any user who repeatedly violates our copyright policies.

Mediterranean Savor, CLEAN MEALS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND Mediterranean Savor SUPPLIERS PROVIDE Mediterranean Savor WEB SITE AND SERVICES “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY.  IN ADDITION, NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION (ORAL OR WRITTEN) OBTAINED BY YOU FROM SUPERSAFEWAY SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS LIABILITY LIMIT APPLIES EVEN IF SUPERSAFEWAY OR A THIRD-PARTY ACTED NEGLIGENTLY.

Modification of Terms

Mediterranean Savor reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or other Mediterranean Savor policies at any time. SuperSafeway will post the changes on Mediterranean Savor. Unless otherwise stated, all amended terms shall be effective immediately upon posting on SuperSafeway.

CHOICE OF LAW

THIS AGREEMENT IS DEEMED TO BE MADE AND EXECUTED IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, COLORADO, AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, CONSTRUED AND ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF COLORADO, EXCLUSIVE OF CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS. THE EXCLUSIVE FORUM FOR ANY SUITS, CLAIMS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING INJUNCTIVE RELIEF, SHALL BE A COURT HAVING COMPETENT JURISDICTION IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, COLORADO, AND THE PARTIES HEREBY CONSENT TO JURISDICTION FOR SUCH PURPOSES.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Clean Meals, DBA Mediterranean Savor may terminate your access to the website for any reason, in its sole discretion. We may also suspend or discontinue the website without notice.
