To prepare the salad, slice the watermelon into ½ inch cubes and place it into a large serving bowl or platter. Top with sliced strawberries halved tomatoes and fresh julienned mint.
Prepare the dressing by combining the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, smashed garlic clove, salt and pepper in a mason jar with a lid. Shake vigorously with the lid on until combined.
Drizzle the dressing onto the salad just before serving, reserving the garlic clove in the jar.
The salad can be prepared a day in advance, but do not dress it until right before serving as the fruit will absorb the dressing and it can become soggy over time.
